Advanced Life Support Care
Aero Methow Rescue Service provides 24/7 advanced life support care (ALS). ALS service is provided by Paramedics, there are 2 full time and 6 part time Paramedics . Paramedics receive extensive training in patient assessment, treatment, cardiology, emergency medications, intravenous fluid administration, pediatric emergencies, advanced airway management and all aspects of care and management of a pre-hospital medical or trauma emergency.

Intermediate Life Support (AEMT)
Aero Methow Rescue Service provides Intermediate Life Support service as a back up to ALS. There are 2 full time, 3 part time paid staff  and 4 volunteers trained as Advanced EMTs (AEMT). AEMTs can provide extensive pre-hospital emergency care including; defibrillation, intravenous therapy, delivery of 5 life saving medications, advanced airway management and pediatric emergencies.

2019 Side by Side


Aero Methow Rescue Service is an active member of the Okanogan County Sheriff’s Office Search and Rescue Department. Aero Methow Rescue Service has personnel trained in Swiftwater Rescue, high angle rescue, snowmobile rescue, rescues by horseback, on foot and on skis. Aero Methow Rescue Service has a transport capable UTV, two snowmobiles, snowmobile rescue sled and cargo sled, white water and ice rescue boat with helmets and life vests, and two rescue carts (litters on one large wheel for evacuating patients from the roadless areas).
